The Deccan Plateau, a landmass older than the mighty Himalayas, whispers tales of a bygone era. This ancient terrain, shaped by millions of years of geological history, was once a haven for an incredible array of birdlife.
The plateau's unique landscape, dotted with rocky outcrops, scrub forests, and grasslands, supported a diverse avifauna that thrived in harmony with the land.
However, as the winds of urbanization swept across the plateau, this natural heritage began to fade, leaving behind only echoes of a forgotten past, especially the places in and around Hyderabad.
